CLT ↔ Uptown, South End or SouthPark: from $125. Ballantyne, Matthews or University area: from $150. Lake Norman or Concord: from $175. Exact addresses and trip requirements determine the final quote.
Dedicated day: $800 / 8 hours. Weekend: $1,600 / two 8-hour days. Five-day stay: $4,000 / five 8-hour days. Full week: $5,250 / seven 8-hour days.
Driving and standby count toward your reserved hours. Service windows and mileage allowance are agreed in advance; packages do not include 24-hour availability. Additional hours: $110 weekday or $125 weekend/event, billed in 30-minute increments.
Starting prices include standard mandatory charges within the confirmed local service scope. Gratuity is optional. Unusual parking, tolls, distance or timing requirements are disclosed before you agree to a final price. Your initial request receives an acknowledgment only. After reviewing your plans, we’ll agree on the details and send a Square invoice.

How many people can ride?
The black luxury SUV seats up to six passengers, depending on luggage. Share your passenger and bag count so we can confirm the fit. Bring your own appropriate child seat if needed.
Can you drive our bridesmaid or bachelor party?
Yes. Request transportation for bridesmaid outings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, wedding guests, and nights out in Charlotte. Include your stops and passenger count.
Can we reserve a driver for the entire weekend or week?
Yes. On-call service is available by request for a full weekend or week in the Charlotte area. Your service hours, stops, availability, and price are agreed before booking.
Where do you provide service?
Charlotte, CLT Airport, Concord-Padgett Regional Airport, Uptown, SouthPark, Ballantyne, Lake Norman, Matthews, Mint Hill, Huntersville, and Concord. Long-distance trips are available by custom quote.
How do booking and payment work?
Request a ride, confirm the details and price directly, then pay the emailed invoice by credit or debit card. Advance requests are recommended.

These policies are designed to protect your reservation, respect everyone's time, and keep the service experience calm, professional, and fair.
Reservations & payment
A ride is scheduled only after availability, trip details, pricing, and full payment are confirmed. Payment is collected by credit card before the ride is placed on the schedule. Advance reservations are recommended, and same-day requests may be submitted through the website for review.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours, or one full day, before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made within 3 days of service, but more than 24 hours before service, will receive a 90% refund. Cancellations made more than 3 days before service will receive a full refund. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, and cancellations made within 24 hours of service are not eligible for a refund.
Wait time
Specific pickup times are provided for each scheduled ride. The driver will wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. If additional wait time is needed and the ride extends 30 minutes or more beyond the scheduled service time, additional time is billed in 30-minute increments at the agreed hourly rate ($110 weekday or $125 weekend/event).
Airport pickups
Airport rides should include airline, flight number, pickup location, passenger count, and luggage details when available. Airport access fees, parking, tolls, and other trip-specific charges may be added to the final quote or balance.
Passengers, luggage & child seats
The luxury SUV can accommodate up to six passengers, depending on luggage. Child seats are not currently provided. Guests traveling with children should bring the appropriate child seat or restraint required for their party.
Vehicle care
A clean, comfortable vehicle is part of the service promise. Excessive mess, spills, smoke odor, damage, or unusual cleaning needs may result in an additional cleaning or damage fee.
Safety & conduct
Professional, respectful conduct is expected from every passenger. Service may be declined or ended early if safety, vehicle care, or driver/passenger respect becomes a concern.
