Reservations & payment
A ride is scheduled only after availability, trip details, pricing, and full payment are confirmed. Payment is collected by credit card before the ride is placed on the schedule. Advance reservations are recommended, and same-day requests may be submitted through the website for review.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours, or one full day, before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made within 3 days of service, but more than 24 hours before service, will receive a 90% refund. Cancellations made more than 3 days before service will receive a full refund. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, and cancellations made within 24 hours of service are not eligible for a refund.
Wait time
Specific pickup times are provided for each scheduled ride. The driver will wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. If additional wait time is needed and the ride extends 30 minutes or more beyond the scheduled service time, an additional $75 charge will be added for each 30-minute period.
Airport pickups
Airport rides should include airline, flight number, pickup location, passenger count, and luggage details when available. Airport access fees, parking, tolls, and other trip-specific charges may be added to the final quote or balance.
Passengers, luggage & child seats
The luxury SUV can accommodate up to six passengers, depending on luggage. Child seats are not currently provided. Guests traveling with children should bring the appropriate child seat or restraint required for their party.
Vehicle care
A clean, comfortable vehicle is part of the service promise. Excessive mess, spills, smoke odor, damage, or unusual cleaning needs may result in an additional cleaning or damage fee.
